What We Cover

Scope of Work

A clear, honest breakdown of what Inforytica does at each stage of the placement process and what falls outside our scope.

Important note: Inforytica is a placement and coordination agency. We are not the direct employer of any virtual assistant we place. The employment or independent contractor relationship is between the client business and the candidate. Our scope covers the matching and coordination process only.

Candidate Screening

Phase 1

Screening is the first and most critical step. We review incoming applications against the role requirements you have provided. This includes checking work history for relevant experience, evaluating the quality of written communication in application materials, and conducting an initial interview to assess professional presentation and communication clarity.

Candidates who do not meet baseline criteria are removed from consideration before you see any profiles. You receive only those who have passed the initial review.

What this covers:

  • Application review and filtering
  • Work history verification check
  • Initial written communication assessment
  • Preliminary interview (conducted by Inforytica)
  • Shortlist preparation with candidate summaries

What this does not cover:

  • Background checks requiring third-party services (available on request)
  • Reference calls with previous employers (available on request)

Skills Assessment

Phase 2

After initial screening, shortlisted candidates complete a structured skills assessment. The assessment is designed around the specific role you have described. We do not use a one-size-fits-all test. The content is adapted to evaluate the competencies that matter for your particular requirements.

Assessment results are compiled into a summary document that accompanies each candidate profile. You can compare results across candidates before deciding who to interview directly.

What this covers:

  • Written English proficiency evaluation
  • Task management and organizational thinking assessment
  • Software and tool familiarity check (based on role requirements)
  • Role-specific competency tasks
  • Assessment result summary for each candidate

Onboarding Documentation

Phase 3

Once you have selected a candidate, we prepare the documentation materials to support a structured start. This includes template agreements, role expectation documents, communication protocol guides, and first-week onboarding checklists. These are prepared as templates and coordination tools, not as legal contracts.

You retain responsibility for any legally binding agreements between yourself and your chosen VA. We provide the organizational scaffolding that helps both parties start clearly.

What this covers:

  • Role expectation document template
  • Communication protocol guide
  • First-week onboarding checklist
  • Tool access and setup coordination checklist

What this does not cover:

  • Legal contract drafting (consult a qualified legal professional)
  • Payroll setup or processing

Performance Tracking Support

Phase 4

Performance tracking support is available in our Standard and Full Support tiers. We provide structured frameworks for evaluating how a placed VA is performing against the role expectations established at the start. This is a coordination and documentation service, not a management service.

We do not manage the VA on your behalf. We provide the tools and check-in structure to help you conduct your own performance reviews consistently.

What this covers:

  • 30-day and 90-day performance review frameworks
  • Structured check-in question sets
  • Performance documentation templates
  • Post-placement coordination check-ins (Full Support tier)

What this does not cover:

  • Direct management of the VA
  • Disciplinary or termination procedures
  • HR advisory services
